We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They arranged transportation for us to visit the Danxia geopark and even had a driver who could speak English. They also provided information on nearby Muslim restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was a laundry room available for guests to use. The location was great, with a beef noodle restaurant just a short walk away and the Ganzhou night market a quick taxi ride from here. We were truly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff.

The room itself was quite large, and it was great to have a kettle and hairdryer in the room. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and they were able to help us with anything we needed during our stay. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and it was easy to get anywhere we needed to go.

There were a few things that were not so great during our stay. the hotel breakfast was not very good and most of the food was gone by the time we arrived.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area by a beautiful lake and surrounded by nature. The large rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, giving a luxurious feel for budget travelers. The staff provides excellent service and are attentive to all needs. The breakfast spread is decent, and the hotel offers laundry facilities and a kettle in each room for added convenience.

Although language can be a barrier, the friendly staff makes up for the communication difficulty.

Liked the spacious and clean room, along with the comfy bed and strong water pressure in the shower. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to book transportation for us. , the free continental breakfast was a great way to start the day and fuel up for hiking.

Disliked the remote location, far from city center and nearby amenities. Despite access to public transportation, it can be inconvenient for travelers wanting to explore more widely and venture out for meals or entertainment.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Zhangye. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, with the staff being helpful and efficient. Ms Mandy Xu, who checked me in, was super efficient. They even arranged an express car service for me when my transport to the railway station didn't arrive. The breakfast had a decent variety and the buffet ensured I never left hungry in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Secondly, the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly, especially in helping me with transportation to nearby attractions. Finally, the location near the lake was beautiful and peaceful.
